Pd based solder

Palladium based solder is a high-value precious metal solder developed in recent years. Palladium based solder has higher melting temperature, better heat and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for high temperature brazing. It has important applications in gas turbine, aeroengine, night vision system and other fields. It can be used for brazing high reliability and long-life electronic components such as stainless steel, heat-resistant alloy, refractory metal, metal and non-metal.
Palladium based solders provided by Bolin are mainly Ag Cu Pdseries and Pd co series solders.
